    Jealous Devil Shipping & Returns Policy
    Shipment processing time
    All orders for fuel and seasonings are processed within 1 business day (Monday through Friday). All orders for swag/merch are processed on Mondays and Thursdays. If we anticipate any delay or issue with your order, we will notify you as soon as we become aware of any changes. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed the next relevant business day.

    Shipping rates and delivery estimates
    All orders placed on our website include fast, free nationwide shipping via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery to standard residential or business addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii.

    While it’s not necessary to complete your order, we do recommend you to sign up for Fedex Delivery Manager, a free service FedEx provides, which allows you to view additional details about orders shipped to you via Fedex and provide them with alternate delivery instructions and details if necessary.

    Shipment confirmation, order tracking, and damage policy
    When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation and tracking information from us. You can also track your package at Fedex.com using the relevant tracking number. Please note that if you purchase multiple packages, you may not receieve all of the tracking numbers in the order/shipping summary (however, you will be able to see them if you have FedEx Delivery Manager).

    Jealous Devil LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or believe it was lost in transit or misdelivered, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. In addition, please contact Jealous Devil at customerservice@jealousdevil.com and we will investigate the shipping problem. In most cases, we are happy to reship you your order after conducting an investigation ourselves (which generally takes no more than 5 business days).

    Customs, duties, and taxes
    Jealous Devil LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Jealous Devil LLC collects sales tax in all locations where we are legally required to do so. You may or may not be charged sales tax based on your shipping and billion information.

    International Shipping
    We do not currently ship outside the continental United States.

    Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
    Jealous Devil LLC offers a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. While we do not accept returns, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply reach out to us within 30 days of recieving your order and we will be happy to refund you or replace your item. Should you select a refund, your credit card will be refunded within 14 business days. Should you select a replacement, your order will be reshipped within 1 business day. To initiate a refund or replacement, simply email customerservice@jealousdevil.com with your request and order number.
